  1. 01 Your card is charged the 35% deposit only, through Stripe. The remainder is due on the morning of your day.
  2. 02 Minseo writes to you personally, usually within a few hours, to confirm pickup time and anything you'd like noted about the day.
  3. 03 The day before, she confirms sea conditions. If the weather cancels, a full refund or a free date change.

How reservations work

Deposit

A 35% deposit confirms the boat for your party. The remainder is due on the morning.

Weather

Every day depends on the sea. Minseo confirms conditions the day before. If we cancel for weather, a full refund or a free date change.

Rescheduling

With three days' notice, we move your date at no additional cost.

Personal cancellation

If the cancellation is not weather-related, the deposit is non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended.

Combining destinations

Some sites sit on the same route and can be combined without additional cost. Select a main day and any that appear along the route will be shown.
