Koh Nang Yuan.

Three small islands connected by a narrow crescent of white sand. The photograph of Nang Yuan from its viewpoint has circulated widely enough that most visitors arrive expecting a crowd, and most days, by mid-morning, they find one. A private charter is the only way to see the place as it's meant to be seen. We leave Bophut early and reach the islands before the day boats — the sandbar empty, the Japanese Gardens reef on the south side still lit by the first light. Visibility is among the best in the Gulf, frequently over twenty meters. The water is shallow close in and drops steadily further out, so the day works for breath-hold practice and for deeper descents in turn.
